Dr. Jae Kim is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon known for his precision, structural approach, and commitment to natural, refined results. His work is guided by a deep understanding of facial anatomy and long-term harmony.
Perla Saliba, FNP
Aesthetic Injector
Perla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stockton University in New Jersey and her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Marymount University in Virginia.
She brings over six years of experience in medical, surgical, and cardiac nursing, with a growing specialization in aesthetic medicine.
Perla approaches aesthetic treatment with a focus on balance, precision, and natural results. She works closely with each patient to understand their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that enhances their features while maintaining authenticity.
Originally from Lebanon, she now considers the DMV her second home. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cooking, music, and meeting new people. She is excited to continue expanding her journey in aesthetics as part of the You Are Beautiful team.
Amalia Kan Yek
Master Aesthetician
Amalia Kan Yek is a Virginia Licensed Master Aesthetician with over six years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.
She has extensive experience working with advanced aesthetic devices and medical-grade skincare, allowing her to thoughtfully customize treatments for each individual.
Amalia is passionate about enhancing natural beauty—not changing it. She approaches every patient with warmth, honesty, and respect, taking the time to truly listen and understand their goals.
Her priority is to create a safe, ethical, and supportive experience where every patient feels confident and cared for.

Chief Operating Officer
Tracey Drew serves as Chief Operating Officer of You Are Beautiful Aesthetic Institute, where she oversees both surgical and aesthetic services with a focus on delivering a seamless, elevated patient experience.
Her role is centered on ensuring that every patient feels supported, informed, and confident at every stage of their journey—whether undergoing surgery or receiving aesthetic treatments. She is committed to maintaining a standard of excellence that prioritizes communication, consistency, and attention to detail across every interaction.
Tracey works closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure that the experience at You Are Beautiful reflects the same level of precision and intention as the treatments themselves.
Elvia Cancel
Front Desk Concierge
Elvia Cancel serves as Front Desk Concierge at You Are Beautiful Aesthetic Institute, where she plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless patient experience from the very first interaction.
With a background in aesthetic medicine and patient coordination, Elvia supports scheduling, communication, and overall patient flow, ensuring each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience. She works closely with both providers and leadership to maintain continuity across surgical and aesthetic services.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elvia is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships and ensuring every individual feels supported, valued, and cared for at every step.
Ayah Habash, CCMA
Medical Assistant | Surgical + Aesthetic Support
Ayah Habash has been assisting Dr. Jae Kim with in-office surgical procedures over the past year, and we are thrilled to officially welcome her to the You Are Beautiful Aesthetic Institute team. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Ayah supports both our surgical and aesthetic services with a strong focus on patient care, organization, and attention to detail.
In her role, Ayah assists with aesthetic treatments, patient preparation, surgical workflows, and in-office procedures alongside Dr. Kim. She is currently pursuing her studies in Biology and Pre-Med at Northern Virginia Community College and is passionate about continuing to grow within the fields of surgical and aesthetic medicine.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Harvard, Dr. Kim is now double boarded, in the field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, a privilege given to fewer than 50 surgeons per year.
Experienced in Artistry
Having played the violin for more than 30 years, Dr. Kim knows the value of many hours of practice and blending technique with artistry.
